    Project overview

For March House Farm, we created a full e‑commerce website with an integrated booking system so customers could quickly buy tickets farm events online from any device. The site is fully responsive, so it works cleanly on mobiles, tablets and desktops, and uses hosting tuned to cope with traffic surges from Neon Cherry’s summer marketing campaign.

Behind the scenes, we set things up so March House’s temporary summer staff can easily manage orders with QR scan check-in app, without needing complicated. This meant the site could go live on a tight turnaround, support a busy campaign period and then remain straightforward to run afterwards.

    Booking system

For the Slip & Slide summer event, March House Farm needed a simple way for families to book their sessions online and get instant confirmation. We set up a dedicated event booking page where visitors could choose a date and time, pay securely, and receive digital tickets straight to their inbox.ardenweb

Each booking generates a unique QR code ticket, so on arrival staff only need to scan the code to check guests in via an app. This keeps queues moving, reduces paperwork, and makes it much easier to spot duplicate or reused tickets.

The booking system is fully mobile‑friendly, so parents can book from their phones while on the go. March House’s summer team can quickly see who is arriving when, manage capacity, and make last‑minute changes without needing technical help.

    Ongoing support

As March House Farm’s events and marketing plans evolve, we keep the booking and ticket system up to date – adding new ticket types, adjusting capacity and refreshing content so the site always matches what’s happening on the farm.

This ongoing work sits within our website support plans, giving March House a single point of contact for updates, troubleshooting and new ideas as their Slip & Slide event and Farm Shop offering grow.
